			At Red Sea Church we believe that Christ leads out as the head of the church. Everyting should flow from His truth and grace. Because of Him we gather in Community called the church. This community is made of believers who are not called to just sit around in a holy huddle. They are called to go and make disciples of all nations. All Christians are called to be missionaries; to give Jesus to their neighbors, coworkers, friends, family, and city. The day you chose to follow Christ, you chose to live out mission with your entire life. This means that no matter where you live and no matter how much training or education you've received, you are a missionary. You don't have to cross the Atlantic, and you might not even cross the street. You are a missionary where you are. In your neighborhood, at your work, and even in your home, you are called to live the Gospel. We are called to give Jesus back to the Culture we are in, so that it will be changed, not just influenced, by Christ.
						Red Sea is a missional church. A Missional Church can be defined as: a church "on mission" in its setting a church thinking in missionary ways a church that sees all Christians as missionaries, not just sending a few workers overseas to work a church that knows its context and speaks the Gospel to its culture a church that transforms its context with Christ's message a church with an attitude of "going" to reach the lost, not expecting the lost to come to here.
